Second book in the series of Ana and Christian. I liked this book - the characters get a little more in depth, a little more of a story than just kinky sex...and we learn a bit more about Mrs. Robionson! Although, i was hoping she would give some more insight into Christian and his past...but alas.

The more of this series I read the more I detest it. I read past book 1 in hopes of finding something redeeming to figure out why these are best sellers but only found more mind-numbingly insipid writing, horrible "plot" twists and characters so shallow I couldn't wet my big toe in them. These books make me sad for those reading and loving them.

this is worse than the first one, but it lead to some very entertaining conversations (and some very deep/thoughtful ones!) between myself and a friend, so i do appreciate that this book allowed us to bond on a deeper level than before.
but that was mostly because we were laughing.

The novelty wore off from the first book but this had more of a story (almost a little too much drama crammed into one book or trying to keep the reader interested) this time.
