I like Austen's original Pride and Prejudice just fine. I mean I've read it and watched the movies and enjoyed them in a general non-fanatic way. But I'll admit it: I don't love classic fiction. There is a whole slew of old stuff that I don't really have any interest in. But what I do appreciate is a modernization, Eligible included. I am loving this version of Pride and Prejudice. It's hilariously well done. I love this modern interpretation so far!

Okay, I finished it and the end was a bit over the top, but it was so engaging and entertaining! I couldn't stop listening to it. If you haven't read the original, please start with that, and then follow up with this version. ...more
