This was a quick read, probably took me an hour. I like poetry that I can relate to, that speaks to me, that digs its way down deep into my soul and nestles in for eternity. For the most part, I could not relate to most of these poems. There were a couple that spoke to me though. And the section relating to her sister and mother really hit home.
All in all, not bad, but I don't see myself revisiting most of the poems in this book. ...more
