Wow! Introduction to 2 hoistorical characters I've never heard of who made SUCH a huge impact on the world we know today AND a humdinger of a story to boot. 2 thumbs up, and if I could I'd make it a 4.5 star. I'll probably be coming back to change this one to a 5.

I love this historical fiction that examines the life of one of the first women to fight for women's rights and also her fight for abolition. I loved all the history and the way the author wove the story together to make me think about this time period in a new way. The writing is beautiful.
