Being fairly new to the sci fi genre, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to read this book.
Very interesting ideas bogged down by a lot of explanation.

Hated it. Wow, did I hate it. It's a hard sci-fi info-dump of the sort that I've always thought smacked of intellectual masturbation. The interesting characters were peripheral and the main characters were boring. Physics, physics comrade!
