What Members Thought
Reading this book is kind of like watching Titanic. You know the boat sinks, so to speak. Throughout the book, and especially at the end, I recalled my visit to the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC. Images seen and stories learned there came flooding back. It was a very hard place to visit, and in the end you walk away with shame and abhorrence for what one man can do to another, and also a strong sense of hope because you realize how much the human spirit can endure in spite of brutality.
