Ugh - I did not like this book. First off, you don't know what the secret is until some 100 pages in. Then when you find out the secret, the book takes a very dark turn. This book is not just about the secret, it is about several different characters in the midst of some crisis or another. I didn't like the end - the husband was pretty much let off the hook so there was little satisfaction there. I was expecting something different I suppose...
