Enjoyed this one almost as much as Big Little Lies. This one would make a great movie. I did something I never do and skipped ahead to read the letter. lol Looking forward to Nine Perfect Strangers next month.
great story, but like others have said, the epilogue killed the high of the book. I see what the author was trying to say with it (and the book as a whole), but it seemed unnecessary and not worthy of the rest of the book.
I'll be the first to admit it; I did not want to read this book. The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty screams women's fiction and, frankly, I've not been in the mood lately. But then, I started reading buzz on Twitter and it sounded interesting enough for me to check out the synopsis and next thing you know, I'm hitting the request button and putting it on the top of my TBR pile. So was all of that justified?

Good book, great ending. I love the cause and effect, shoulda coulda woulda outlook.
This book was a solid four stars till the spectacular (and sad) epilogue, when it crossed over into five star territory. Anyone who knows me knows I love a thorough explanation of what happens to everyone at the end of a book, and this is probably the best epilogue I've ever read. It covered everything that happened and everything that MIGHT have happened. I've never read anything like it!

it isn't often that a book has me sobbing at the end. or, it has been a very long time since I've had that reaction. off to download her other works. I will write a more detailed review later.
