Tears rolling down my face from laughing.

This is my second David Sedaris book -- I started with Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim (on audio), then followed up with this book. I really enjoy Sedaris' essays. He uses a nice mix of self-deprecating humor, vulnerability, and poking fun at those around him. There's nothing earth shattering in either book -- just observations about daily life. David Sedaris, at his best, is quite brilliant. This is one of the funniest sets of essays that I've ever read, and after years of listening to This American Life, I could actually "hear" Sedaris' voice telling these stories. Wonderful, sublime, marvelous.
