I listened to the audiobook since it was the only version I could download from the library (no ebooks available). The book went to all kinds of places I wouldn't have predicted, and made me a little crazy. But it held my interest. It was a wild, unpredictable ride.I'm interested in reading some of Gillian Flynn's other work.

The first half of this book was so slow and boring! I had read a ton of reviews warning me of this, and assuring me it gets better. I have to admit they were right, the twist this book takes is great and keeps it interesting. I still didn't really 'love' it though. Between the slow beginning and the crappy ending, I found myself enthralled for less than half a book :( Still glad I gave it a fair try though, as it is very popular right now.

I really enjoyed this dark and twisty book...but it still nagged at the back of my mind how totally implausible the whole thing was. I thought the first half dragged a bit, but maybe it was just because I was listening to audio? After I got into it, though, I thought the audio version was great!
I thought the audio version of this was really good. These were two messed up characters, that's for sure. I wasn't a fan of the ending, but overall it was a creepy story that kept me guessing.
