I confess, I felt almost relieved as I finished this third and final installment in this series - this last one was almost exhausting! These books are definitely plot-driven book-candy. The writing won't bowl you over, and the violence is a bit over-the-top, but something kept pulling me through. I also really liked Larsson's single-minded tirade against violence perpetrated against women. In sum - worth the read (or listen).

I enjoyed the final book in the trilogy, though I thought the trial rather tiresome and could have used less of it toward the end of the book. I found the characters complex and plausible and I quite enjoyed the story.
Simon Vance continues to be an excellent reader for the audiobooks. I'm sorry the author died before more of these books could be completed. ...more

I'm enamored by the characters. I'm devastated their stories on paper have ended and aren't available for me to read any more.
