Meh. I think I liked it better when I was younger. Or I got caught up in it more. Now I find myself wanting to flip pages until something actually happens. My opinion of Angels & Insects has held up more over time.

I can see why other people like it, but it's not for me. After 200 pages I'm no more interested in where it's going; as a matter of fact, I couldn't care less now. This is a book for folks who are much smarter than me, apparently. ...more
