If the concept of parallel worlds fascinates you, then I recommend this fantasy novel as something you should invest your time into soon. Full of dynamic characters it is quite easy to get behind Kell and Lila as they fight to prevent Gray London from becoming as Black London—a world in which magic consumed its wielders and ultimately destroyed their society. Entertaining fantasy with a couple of fascinating protagonists, lots of magic, and super baddies. If you like fantasy, world-building, and strong women, you might enjoy this book.
