Oh my—I love this book so much. Ignore the cheesy cover. If you love beautiful writing, pirate adventure and food, this is the book for you. A fun book recommended to me by my sister. So out of my usual reading norm - it was a fun and unique story about pirate and a cook! You get drawn into the lives of the pirates and the cook and look forward to their next adventure. The food talk was fun too - he has to cook to save his life so to see what he comes up with was page turning. It was actually cute even if a bit of violent in a few places!
