Finally finished the book. Found a copy of it at a yard sale and snagged it so I could read it on my own time frame and not have to worry about library due dates. “The days are long, but the years are short.”

Gretchen Rubin felt adrift in her own life and decided to spend a year building new habits that would support her desire to be happier and more true to her authentic self. There’s nothing earth-shattering here, and it gets a bit cheesy/name-droppy at times, but it was also the reminder I needed right now to make time for things that bring me joy. I want to do my own happiness project!

Meh. I get the reasoning behind the project, but I could only read so much. Only finished half the book.
