I thought that I would never finish this book. ...now, I know it has been a fair amount of time since I ready The Great Gatsby...but I don't remember it being as verbose as this book. The writing didn't transport me...and I did not feel for any of the characters...either like or dislike. I just wanted it to be over. ...more
