Shelves: i-read-short-shorts

The set-up had me hooked for most of the short story, and then it got a ~~little~~ lot silly, and then it ended. So now I don't know what to think. I mean, I liked it, but overall it left me disappointed in where it went.

I'm not usually a short story/novella person, but I enjoyed this. Weird and kept you as unsure of what was really going on as the ultimately naive main character. I wish it was a full book though - I always feel cheated when I like something and it ends so quickly. ...more

I listened to the audio book version of this and it was just a little over an hour long, and I thought that it was pretty good for being a short story. Very twisty and leaves you very unsure at the end.
