What Members Thought

I have nothing good to say about this book. It was boring, very boring. The narrative jumped all over the place and was very odd. AND... unlike its description it is not gripping or unforgettable. In fact, I just finished it today and I'm pretty sure I've already forgotten about it!

All the blurbs on this book say it is the “European Gone Girl” which I haven’t read. I didn’t make the connection until three quarters of the way into the book, at which point the story really comes off the rails. I almost gave up on this book in an early course but kept going. It's not a favorite, but it was very good at making me uncomfortable.
