It took me a long time to read this book… partly because of the length but also due in part to the difficult subject matter. I could only consume a bit at a time to digest it bit by bit. Easily my favorite read of 2022 even though there are 2 1/2 months ago, and hands down one of my top 5 of all time. I am still a bit “book hungover” from this one and probably will be for a long time. I can’t remember the last time I cried so often in public (and didn’t mind).
