When I first saw this book at the library, I knew I wanted it. But first I read some reviews, because that's how I do it. Reviews for this book are all over the place, loathing and/or scathing to ecstatic raving or solid recommendations. Oooooo I loved this book. It is right up my alley - the idea of "tidying up" your living space is fantastic. Also, it really irritates me that she advocates throwing out everything. Maybe it's a translation thing, but what ever happened to donating items? It's not a point of pride to generate 70 bags of trash from tidying
