The last book in the Hunger Games series was pretty good - but it got a little too "war-y" for me in the middle. A little too much fighting...and the ending seemed a little sudden as well. All in all, i really liked this series and i would recommend it.

Loved the series! This book however left me depressed. I think of the series, the first was my favorite, then the 2nd.... But I couldn't put any of them down... much to the demise of my house LOL!

Very satisfying ending to a great series. Not for the faint of heart, however, since there is a lot of violence and killing. I appreciated the focus on the deliberate efforts to create images of war to project to the masses in order to form public opinion.
This one just didn't have the "stuff" that the others did; however, it still kept my interest and wrapped up story lines from the previous two books.

I was happy with the Katiss/Peeta/Gale triangle resolution---realistic and true to story ending---but Katniss borders on a Bella self-loathing that drove me a little crazy towards the end.

It was a good end to the trilogy with closure to the story. I enjoyed the series.
A really excellent completion to this trilogy. Never once tried to sugar coat the story and make it soft and easy. Great characters, great story, totally worth the wait.
Another great book, but so sad, and quite disturbing. I like that Suzanne Collins tied up loose ends, and gave you closure, but some of it was kind of heart-wrenching.
