I have a confession to make. I haven't been reading as much as I want to - well, I haven't been reading fiction "for fun" as much as I have wanted to. The reason is that now that school is in session and I'm focusing on a specific area of literature and navigating my way through graduate school, I just can't afford to set aside time to read for pleasure. I know I'm in the minority but I love Atwood's tales and shorter stories the best, and would be very happy if that's all she did. These tales all contain very different narratives that revolve around regrets and aging, compounded by a little sci fi, mystery and/or magic, and are extremely hard to put down.

Margaret Atwood is an exceptionally good writer. I loved this collection of short stories. The narration on the Audible version is pretty great too.
