Thought-provoking exploration of themes such as the value of art, the importance of autonomy vs maintaining order, and an especially prescient look at people's disconnectedness due to technology and mind-deadening drug use. I felt like it also highlighted some problems of both socialism and capitalism. A few interesting passages:

If this book doesn't scare the crap out of you, I'm not sure what will. Everytime I read it, I realize how close we already are to this, and how much some people would love this world and I just shudder. A really great science fiction vision, made all the scarier for being pretty realistic.

First time I've read this. Interesting. Better than I expected.
Also not as good as I expected :-D I'm not too fond of Aldous Huxley's writing style.
