I can say for sure it is my favorite book in this series so far, I really enjoyed it.
This book unlike its two prequels is not centered on Rand but other characters. Other characters are developed much more and although they're again on to help Rand even if they don't know it, it's them that are important in their each way.

re-reading after about 16 years and finally getting back to finishing the series!
