I did enjoy this book but I was so frustrated with Isla for most of it. She was ridiculous. I did enjoy Kirk's character and thought his ASD was presented well/accurate from my experience as an ASD parent. I also really loved seeing the characters from the previous two books, too. I loved this book! It slowly and slowly got better for me, and somewhere toward the middle as I read faster and faster and became more and more caught up in the story, I found myself falling more and more in love with Isla and Josh. They were magnificent.
I love how Stephanie Perkins captures how adorable and awkward high school love can be. Her characters are messy, but perfect. They have a history, but a glowing future in front of them. Her writing is amazing, and you need to read this trilogy.
