I've been listening to this one for a quite a while. I always forget to put audio books on the currently reading shelf.
I thought this was good but a little slower than the last two. The twist with Mo at the end was a little much. Now I expect these to be over the top and slightly implausible, that's what makes them fun. But there has to be something to believe in. This is the third book in the Stephanie Plum series.
Bounty hunter Stephanie Plum is on the hunt again. She becomes persona non grata for looking for the local candystore owner Uncle Mo who does nothing wrong according to everyone she asks, but has jumped bail. She then starts tumbling on dead bodies of drug dealers everywhere she seems to go looking!
She then gets threatened by guys with ski masks who want her to step away from all the action that is happening.

I admit a shameless addiction to Stephenie Plum's bumbling attempts to be a bounty hunter. Evanovich really gives her life. I liked this one a lot less than others however, because the action was basically the same as in others. I also take offense for real women everywhere who cannot eat pizza, donuts, and mom's high fat home cooking everyday and still be characterized as a skinny as a rail, least amount of activity possible kind of woman. (just kidding...let's face it nothing about this series
