What Members Thought
Yeah, okay, it was good. Although Katniss' narration occasionally rang hollow (usually when she was thinking about boys), overall the book was intense and well-executed. I wanted to see more of the world outside the arena and Katniss' memories of her district, and expect there'll be more in the next book. Which I am currently 400th in line for at BPL (out of about a hundred copies; "may the odds be ever in your favor," indeed.).

JUST READ IT. It totally lives up the hype. I consumed it in less than 36 hours. It was fantastic and I cant wait for the second book!

Had to see what all the fuse was about.Fun story.
What an exhilarating read!
Kept me very interested, and it was nice not to have the love tirangle so thrown into the mix, it was more subtle in a way I felt
I think I read this for book club years and years ago. Sometime between 2006 and 2011.
