Utterly charming.
I'm pretty sure I've read this book before but it is so charming that I didn't mind at all (plus I read books multiple times anyway...usually I remember them though). I loved that these are true letters exchanged Helene Hanff and the staff and families of the Marks&Co bookstore. Starting as a transaction for some old books, over the years it develops into friendships between people that have never met.
