This is one of those rare cases where the movie, well, the show, is better than the book. I didn't really realize this until my book club met to discuss it. I was the only one who'd seen the show. As I read, I filled in all the extra information from the show that the book did not provide--backstory on the other characters besides Hannah and Clay. Lo que más me agobia de toda la historia de Hannah es el pobre y lamentable papel que juegan los adultos: sí, ella es una puberta confundida y cuando finalmente trata de acercarse y pedir ayuda (una vez muy directa y la otra indirectamente) los adultos brillan por su falta de tacto y por su falta de empatía.
