This book was just ok (for me). I felt like it took a really long time to get into the story. Part of that was because I didn't really connect to any of the characters. The three grown children (Genevieve, Victoria, and Lindy) were superficial and annoying, the youngest (Ig) didn't really get a voice, the husband (Nick) was beyond bland, and Angela just wasn't all that interesting.
