I'm enjoying this book but several phrases have struck me as blatantly wrong for the time period: works for me; total bitch; what the hell. It's rather grating.

I listened to this on Audilble and loved the story but the narration drove me up the wall. I would probably have rated it higher if I'd just read it on my own.
