Oh man, oh man. This book. I loved it. I finsihed it while on the elliptical at the gym, which was not the ideal setting...I'm sweating, practically sobbing, and working out--a very weird combination. Holy cow. I sort of resisted Mr. Foer for unknown reasons, but I'm a convert. I loved the way this book was written, I loved Oskar, I loved the grandma. But man, it was intense. It made me really think about tragic events in a way that I haven't in awhile. Honestly, it helped me to be more present

Really lovely. Incredibly potent last few pages, and the brilliant interconnections and sharp writing. But so sad, I don't think this is one I'd ever read again. A three hanky sort of read.
