What Members Thought
Never did I imagine that I would love a book like this. The writing was beautiful and I found myself rooting these boys on as they raced for gold. Even the epilogue was touching. I did listen to this book and found myself drawn into the book like I was really there. Hard to put down. This was recommended to me and I will recommend this book for a long time as well.
I had this for a few years, and when my cousin found out she said "You have to read this one next, it will restore your faith in humanity." You know what...she was right! If you enjoyed stories like Laura Hillenbrand's Seabiscuit or Unbroken, you will love this. Daniel James Brown is now on my "must read authors" list.
