I absolutely loved this book. So many sweet insights. Really beautiful relationships. I loved and appreciated the way literature and books were woven into the lives and stories of all the characters and their experiences. Definitely a bibliophile's kind of book!! I savored this one and tried not to rush through it.

It was okay. I felt some important and difficult things were treated too lightly and the author handled the span of time a little awkwardly. I liked some of the characters (Lambiase, Amelia) and felt no connection to others (like Maya).
One of the sweetest books I've ever read -- full of quirky, damaged characters. I'm tempted to lead a bookclub on the short stories mentioned in the book...
