What Members Thought

I first read this in high school and it didn't make a significant impression on me one way or another. Rereading as an adult, I can appreciate the gorgeous prose and the natural way the conversations sparkle, even though the characters themselves are spoiled, shallow, and quite unlikable.

My dad was wowing his Mizo students with his lectures on this classic, so I thought I should read it...finally. I'm so poorly read for an English professor's kid! It was good. I could see what all the fuss was about.
