It was really engaging for the most part. It wasn't quite as scary as I thought it'd be, more like disturbing. But I could clearly picture the people and town
There were so many back stories though. While some were interesting, others made me not even care anymore.
Still don't see the point of the sewer sex; it just didn't make sense.
The turtle made little sense too.
And do I want to know how those eggs came to be?

Dear IT, we have spent so much time together, most of it good, but other times I just got fatigued. I cheated on you and read other books. We just needed a break. I watched Stranger Things, but that was just like reading this book. Ultimately, I finished by a combo of listening to the audio book and reading the book. Both are so good, but the 48 hours of audio book is a big investment of time too. Now I need to watch the movie. 4.5 stars.
