Interesting and kept my attention, but seriously depressing (as are most of Jodi Picoult's novels).

Normally, I really enjoy this author but I didn't enjoy this book. Too much information about Dante's Inferno and I didn't see a true connection - just an artificial one. The book started out well and then got lost on the way...Trixie runs away to Alaska...why? The ending was easy and predictable, no big Jodi Picoult ending. Disappointing.

Jodi Picoult truly knows how to delve into emotional issues in all her books, and she definitely does it again in The Tenth Circle. Some parts took me by surprise and left me speechless, and others were a bit...out there. Bottom line though, Picoult just gave voice to all parties involved in such a severe action as rape.

This book seemed a little predictable and didn't quite measure up to My Sister's Keeper.
