How have I never read anything by Neil Gaiman other than the original Sandman comics? I'm talking back in high school, when my younger brother collected comics, and bought them weekly (monthly? I can't remember), and started with Sandman #1. I used to love that comic! That, and...Spawn, oh my gosh, remember? Blast from the past.

Read the book before you watch the show

Still pondering my reaction to this .... the first half can be daunting and push you away because of slow moments, but the first part is absolutely essential to understanding the second half. This is a book I will re-read ... like a Tolkien book ... and find something different and something "more"each time. ...more
