I listened to the audiobook and I think it took a book that I would have rated as a 4 to 5 stars. Her delivery of the book and chuckling at herself was fantastic.
Hilarious and inspiring all at the same time. Because I got this book from the library and can't highlight anything, here are some of my favorite passages:

I picked this one up at the library on a whim, and decided approximately 10% of the way through that I needed to own this book. This book found me at exactly the right time in my life - yes, I laughed a lot, but there was also so much that spoke to me at a difficult time in my life. So thanks, Amy, for this most excellent addition to my bookshelf.

Loved this, sooo much!
Amy Poehler makes me laugh out loud. I listened to this in the car and it was a very entertaining book. I don't know that i would have enjoyed it had i READ it, but listening to it was fun. Amy seems likable and real very, very funny. And on top of it all, very self aware. I was surprised to discover that she is a good writer. She is clever and well-spoken and sincere.

Amy's telling of her own life makes bad or sad situations sound not so bad. She sees the humor in her life and choices, making her experiences relatable.

I'm sad to say that while reading Bossypants made me love Tina Fey even more, this made me love Amy Poehler a little less :(
