I selected this for the "Read a nonfiction book about science" category for the 2016 Book Riot Read Harder challenge. My brother loaned me his copy and was eager for me to finish it since he loves the xkcd.com website and thought I'd enjoy the humor, which I did. While I did skim some of the questions/answers a little, I loved the author's enthusiastic approach to answering the hypothetical questions and his writing style. I read his book of and on throughout the year and I have to say..... it’s been wonderful.
This book is full of so much fun and just good to know information.
It would be appropriate for all ages really, unless your children don’t understand sarcasm....then there may be a communication issue.
This, as you probably know, is written by the XKCD authors. They did a wonderful job.
~Would ABSOLUTELY recommend for leisurely reading
