What a boring slog - after reading this cure for insomnia, I gave my other Gregory Maguire book away.
This was alright, and certainly creative, but I'd rather see the play and then decide how I feel about the story. I never usually like the production or movie of books as much as the books themselves but this might be different.

While I thought the author included some crude scenes that didn't enhance the story line, I did enjoy the fresh look at a classic story.
