What Members Thought
While I had already seen the whole first season of Game of Thrones, which is based on this book, I still very much enjoyed reading the book. After reading, I am blown away but what an amazing adaption HBO and the screenwriters did.
I watched the HBO series before reading the book, and I think it was really helpful to keeping the characters straight in this amazing start to a series. Although, it also had it's disadvantages, because knowing what happens makes it harder to work your way through this since you know what's coming--and it's not always good! Either way...this is a must read.
