Awe, this was so lovely! I took a long long break from reading Jane Austen after I got stuck on Mansfield Park. I'm so glad I chose to pick this one up recently. I really did love it much like I loved Sense & Sensibility. Anne was such a wonderful main character and I loved watching the inner battles of hers and Wentworth's. I thought that everyone got their due in the end. And I really enjoyed every moment of reading it. I was very surprised with just how addicting it was and how quickly it rea ...more

Of course this is not the first time I have read this, but I listened to it as an audiobook while on my walks and enjoyed it just as much as ever. I think audio is a good way to see things in a book that you might miss without the emphasis of the reader. Love it.
