So funny and moving. Sedaris is able to make uncomforable things hilarous. I love is ability to poke fun at himslf and ohers but seem nice doing it.
David Sedaris is seriously laugh-out-loud funny. Perfect for some bitter, sarcastic indulgence, especially because each short essay requires only a subway ride to read.
Actually I listened to him read the audio book - listening to David Sedaris is about 100 times funnier than reading him, and that sure is saying something!
it's a pretty standard "hipster name-drop" book. i can't tell if i hold that against it or not. absolutely hilarious, nonetheless.
