I enjoyed this, and I was very impressed with the quality of the audiobook -- the narrator was fantastic, able to give each character a distinctive accent or tone, but without ever sounding ridiculous or forced.
The story itself was interesting, and has many of the more fantastic elements of American Gods. Most of the action focuses on the main character, Fat Charlie Nancy, and how meeting the brother he didn't know he had changes his life. I don't want to give away much more than that, but there ...more

Fat Charlie Nancy learns quite a bit about his family after his father's embarrassing death in a karaoke bar. First, his father was a god. Second, Fat Charlie has a brother he never knew about.
Sibling rivalry, love triangles, embezzlement, and a few miracles make this an entertaining enough read.

I didn't like it as well as American Gods. While it took place in the same universe it didn't quite feel like the same universe.
