Everything I know about Black Panther I know from the Avengers movies, which is to say: not much. Like many others, I struggled to pick up and follow the thread of the story. I do think this would have benefitted from just a little more context and explanation for new readers, but by the end of the volume it was getting there. Looking forward to reading the next few volumes.

Uneven volume

I really enjoyed the first four issues of Black Panther, but I don't understand why the Fantastic Four issue was included, which radically differed from the tone and style of the rest of the volume ...more

I think I would have gotten more out of this if I were more familiar with the Black Panther canon going into it, but I still enjoyed it.

Well someone watched House of Cards. I thought the pencils and colrs were great, and the writing was pretty good for someone who had never written a comic before...and then that last scene in issue 4...yeah. House of Cards.
