How did it take me so long to finally read this?
I’ve had a paperback copy probably since my late teens and it’s travelled with me from apartment to apartment, city to city, across oceans and continents, all throughout my life.
Thirty years later, prompted by a book club choice - that I didn’t actually end up attending (doh) - I finally stuck to it.

So far, this book makes me very uncomfortable. I think it's supposed to, but I would never be able to listen to an audiobook version of this with anyone else, not even myself. i can't use that word.
