I was set adrift after finishing The Expanse, and this book has brought me back to my core self. After all, what is a girl supposed to do without spaceships, world building, and characters who become friends?

The characters in this book are so well-developed! Chambers did a great job creating entire species and their worlds, and then using them to tell a fun and engaging story.
