What an absolute delight to revel with the derby girls in this graphic novel. From Rainbow Bite to Asteroid many roll (I mean, role) models to be found. Put on your skates and take it away -- kapow!

Read Harder - a non-superhero comic that debuted in the last three years. Chose this based on recommendations in the Read Harder forum. It was a good story about a young girl figuring out who she is and being ok with herself. Loved the illustrations. and I learned a little about roller derby!
