I just finished the second Harry Potter book and even though I've seen both of the movies, I'm just amazed at how fabulous J.K. Rowling's writing is. You don't even realize that you are reading a children's book- she pulls you right in.

Same stuff I liked, same stuff I didn't. I have heard that the writing gets stronger, so I will probably continue with the series but have to take a break too.
